From the moment they took my call, the team at MacDonald's impressed me at every juncture. Laura and Jon offered guidance and support and helped ease my worries. With so many moving parts, we had to change the dates, the items being moved, the final destination and I am sure a whole host more and they managed every question, every request not with just professionalism but with a sincere appreciation for what we were trying to accomplish and how they could help. We were moving to a new state and trying to make all the items line up. Without Laura and her team, we would still be in planning mode and not in action mode! The men that came to do the move were fast, responsible, kind, professional and over the top caring. The lead, Chuck, was a pleasure to work with and kept the whole move on track. Alan, Nick, Josh and Bill were amazing and very respectful. All in all, they rate an A+ in our books! If you want the best movers in the area, just call MacDonald!

My experience with MacDonald Moving Services was fantastic from start to finish in my cross country move. Laura, the move coordinator, was phenomenal. She promptly and thoroughly answered all of my many questions. On the moving day, Chuck and his team were absolutely wonderful. Great experience with MacDonald, from consult call and scheduling through moving day. The moving team was efficient, careful with walls and furniture, great communicators to make sure our wants and needs were met, thoughtful in placement of yard items when we did not give specific direction. Quoted price was accurate, as I've heard other companies quote vs actual cost can vary greatly. Highly recommend!!

Was able to track the shipment on their website. Delivery day was also smooth, including attention to safety and taking care of the house/property. 10 out of 10 would use again!

I recently purchased an armoire for our master bedroom. It was a final sale for 50% off the original price. The armoire was 91 inches tall, 4 feet wide and 2 feet deep. It also weighed approximately 300lbs. The delivery team from the high end store that I purchased it from didn't even make an attempt the first time. They never took it off the truck. Eventually it was delivered to my garage where it sat for weeks. I then had the bottom of the Armoire modified and cut 4 inches of the bottom. The furniture stores 2nd attempt was unsuccessful. I then called Macdonald Moving Services who requested pictures of the armoire and the path that it need to go to the 2nd floor bedroom. They were very responsive and scheduled a time to do the job. The MacDonald Moving team that showed up to my home were very professional and courteous. Lloyd and his team took this seemingly impossible task as a personal challenge. These gentlemen defied physics and completed the job without causing any damage to my home or the armoire. I am so thankful and would recommend MacDonald Moving Services to anyone in need of a small or large job.

We could not have had a better experience. MacDonald Moving was easy to work with, accurate quotes with outstanding service. Our move was to a new home and the dates kept changing, MacDonald Movers had to store our things longer than expected and they were so accommodating. We will be using MacDonald for all of our moving needs.

I first used MacDonald Moving when I took a new job and relocated to Massachusetts in November 2019 - my company hired them as part of my move. They did a phenomenal job moving me in to my new apartment, and the foreman of the team helped recommend layouts to best utilize my living room. I was so happy with them, I hired them again when I did a local move in October 2021, and I'm so happy I did. The team (with the same foreman) was professional and very helpful with move. I would highly recommend MacDonald Moving!
