This was my first time using MacDonald's and I selected them because their customer service from the start was top notch. I'm all about good customer service! Then the guys that came to my home to move me were friendly, hard working and took great care of my belongings. I had a great experience with MacDonald from start to finish. I would use them again for sure!

We could not have had a better experience. MacDonald Moving was easy to work with, accurate quotes with outstanding service. Our move was to a new home and the dates kept changing, MacDonald Movers had to store our things longer than expected and they were so accommodating. We will be using MacDonald for all of our moving needs.

I first used MacDonald Moving when I took a new job and relocated to Massachusetts in November 2019 - my company hired them as part of my move. They did a phenomenal job moving me in to my new apartment, and the foreman of the team helped recommend layouts to best utilize my living room. I was so happy with them, I hired them again when I did a local move in October 2021, and I'm so happy I did. The team (with the same foreman) was professional and very helpful with move. I would highly recommend MacDonald Moving!

Highly recommend! MacDonald sent us a crew of three, yesterday. Our move was tricky: a lot of antique furniture plus the usual household goods, all going into a storage unit so that our antique barn cottage can be rebuilt. The lead guy on our move is a genius at packing and stacking. He got everything into the storage unit with room to spare. He showed the other two crew members how to wrap and prep everything. All three guys were super hard-working. We are 100% happy and will be using MacDonald again when we move back into our cottage. Also, the office staff were top-notch, helping me plan the move during the pandemic, communicating regularly and clearly about the inventory, insurance, scheduling, etc. Five stars all around!

Did our move last week. What a great bunch of guys. Hardworking, careful and considerate. We had a ginormous move and they were like a fine oiled machine. Very efficient and really knew what they were doing. Can't say enough about what a fantastic job they did!

From the moment I called to the moment the movers finished I couldn't be happier. My experience with MacDonald Moving was phenomenal. Kind, polite, courteous, professional, responsive to my emails and calls and safe with all my belongings. I will definitely be using them again.

The move went well and it was a pleasure working with Sean, Alex and Cody. They were all very polite, professional, efficient and friendly. This is the third time I have had MacDonald Movers over the past 7 years and every time I have had a good experience.

We did really well settling in this weekend. The crew was wonderful as it has been in each of our experiences with your company. They did a great job.

Your crew could not have been better. Great guys and they worked their tails off. They had a sense of humor with each other and showed they really knew what they were doing. It takes brains to make things fit through challenging spaces. We were very impressed. I don’t know how they work as hard as they do for the number of hours they do. Makes me embarrassed we collect so much stuff. And this was after doing a pretty serious purge.

I was in San Diego on Load Day but we had someone there to oversee everything and the move went smoothly. The driver, Austin, called me and we did FaceTime for the items to be picked up. He was very thorough and went through each of the rooms to make sure we didn't leave anything behind that was supposed to be loaded. He was well informed of the two drop-offs on the itinerary which was very reassuring. The ENTIRE process from working with Jon on the quote to Dawn and you on the insurance, scheduling, etc.. was amazingly effortless. United/MacDonald movers run a very efficient and well-coordinated operation and I am very impressed.
